30-month PRO replacement warranty

Every YAQOOT PRO device carries a 30-month brand replacement warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use. If a covered fault appears, YAQOOT will repair or replace the device.

What is covered

• Failure of the device to power on or charge under normal conditions
• A fault in the lens or flash module not caused by misuse
• A verified manufacturing defect in the body, screen or controls

What is not covered

• Accidental damage, drops or liquid damage
• Use contrary to the user guide, including on unsuitable skin types
• Normal wear of consumable parts, including a lens that has reached the end of its flash count
• Devices purchased from an unauthorised reseller

Making a claim

Email care@yaqoot.co.za with your order number, a description of the fault and a short video where possible. We will respond within two business days with the next step. Keep the device and its accessories until the claim is closed.

This warranty sits alongside your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act and is not a substitute for them.
