Delivery across South Africa
Orders are packed in Johannesburg and dispatched on business days. You will receive a tracking reference by email as soon as your parcel is collected.

Delivery estimates are calculated from dispatch, not from the moment you order. Weekends and public holidays are excluded. Remote areas may add a day.
Regional orders
We ship to Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Lesotho and Eswatini with a tracked regional courier. Shipping is weight-based and shown at checkout. Any import duty or tax is payable by the recipient.
Checking your parcel
Please inspect your parcel on arrival. If the outer packaging is damaged, note it with the courier and photograph it before opening. Then contact care@yaqoot.co.za within 48 hours so we can resolve it quickly.
