1. These terms

When you place an order on this store you agree to these terms. They are governed by South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.

2. Products and descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as we can, including specifications supplied by the manufacturer. Product images are representations; finishes may appear slightly differently on different screens.

3. Prices

Prices are in South African rand and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Delivery is shown at checkout. If a price is listed in another currency it is converted for display; the charge is processed in rand (or in the currency of the selected payment provider). We may correct an obvious pricing error before dispatch and will refund you in full if you do not wish to proceed.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. It is accepted when we confirm dispatch. We may decline an order where stock is unavailable, where we suspect fraud, or where delivery is not possible.

5. Payment

Payment is taken by our providers on a secure hosted page. Where you choose bank transfer, your order is reserved for 48 hours and released if payment has not been received.

6. Delivery and risk

We dispatch to the address you provide. Risk passes on delivery. Please check the parcel on arrival and report damage within 48 hours.

7. Returns and warranty

See Returns and Warranty. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

8. Health and suitability

YAQOOT PRO is a cosmetic device, not a medical treatment. It is not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. You are responsible for checking suitability and following the manual. Consult a qualified professional if you are unsure.

All content on this store belongs to YAQOOT or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
